  • Bachelor’s degree required or relevant 3-5 years of work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Management experience
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, practices and techniques required
  • Gender requirement: Male
  • Age requirement: 30-45 years’ old
  • Broad knowledge of state labor laws, codes affecting HR policies
  • Advanced skills managing employee relations cases
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and exercise good judgment
  • Experience performing needs assessments and developing professional development training
  • Prior experience with benefits administration and guidelines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple and varied tasks

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Developing and administering performance review programs
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Nurturing a positive working environment
  • Supporting leadership by providing HR advice, and counselling
  • Guiding leadership and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, updating policies and procedures
  • Effectively communicating and enforcing the above to ensure the organizational values are being maintained
  • Providing guidance to management and staff regarding HR guidelines and employment law
  • Monitoring compliance
  • Addressing employee concerns and providing guidance to management
  • Implementing and monitoring programs to promote positive employee relations
  • Monitoring the administration of the leave of absences and short-term disabilities
  • Coordinating leaves of absence and workers’ comp leave issues, including inquiries, eligibility, and documentation
