Senior Recruitment Specialist

Job responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with line managers, wider HR community, and your team members to create a partnership that delivers success and credibility;
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure both speed and quality of hires;
  • Leverage all recruiting channels, including internal career site, both traditional and alternative sources to identify and recruit the very best candidates;
  • Interview internal and external candidates;
  • Coaching Line Managers about interviewing techniques;
  • Take responsibility for own project initiatives;
  • University degree (preferably in HR);
  • 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in production;
  • Experience in recruiting for highly technical areas is a distinct advantage;
  • Fluency in English and Russian (both written and verbal);
  • Experience in Employer Branding;
  • Passion to continuously develop yourself and recruitment processes;
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
  • Familiarity with assessment and selection recruitment methodologies;
  • Excellent communication skills.
